These terms govern the use of the website at www.getdisha.app. The provider of this website is Tim Heck, Neue Straße 19a, 35096 Weimar, Germany.

For the Disha app and the in-app purchases offered within it, the terms of the store through which you obtained the app also apply.

Disha creates suggestions for meal plans and the shopping lists derived from them. The suggestions are partly generated by an AI language model. They are suggestions, not binding commitments.

Transparency notice under the EU AI Act: This app uses artificial intelligence to generate content (meal plans, recipe suggestions, ingredient lists, and recipe images). When a plan is created, you are interacting indirectly with an AI system. The generated output (text and images) is not reviewed for accuracy by human staff before being displayed in the app.

The first weekly plan after onboarding is free and fully usable. Further AI-generated plans and the full shopping list are part of Disha Premium.

The costs shown in the app are estimates based on the typical price level of the supermarket you selected in your region. They are not a price quote and not an offer.

Actual prices may differ, for example due to promotions, private-label products, seasonal fluctuations, regional differences, or range changes. We give no guarantee that a shopping trip will stay within a stated budget.

There is no business relationship, cooperation, or partnership between Disha and the supermarkets named. The names are used solely to describe the supported price regions.

Disha is a planning tool for everyday life. The content does not constitute medical, dietary, or nutritional advice and does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.

Nutrition figures are approximate values based on a typical preparation method.

Allergies and intolerances: Disha takes the allergies, intolerances, and excluded ingredients you provide into account when selecting recipes. However, a filter function cannot replace checking for yourself. If you have an allergy or intolerance, always check the ingredient list of the specific products you buy, especially with regard to trace warnings and cross-contamination. For medically relevant restrictions, consult medical professionals.

Also observe standard food-hygiene practices, for example when handling raw meat, fish, and eggs, and when storing leftovers.

Disha Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It costs 4,99 € per month or 44,99 € per year. Prices may vary by region.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management and cancellation are handled exclusively through your store account: on iPhone under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, on Android in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. We do not have access to your subscription status at the store and cannot cancel on your behalf.

The respective store is also responsible for refunds.

Since the contract for the digital content (in-app purchases, subscriptions) is concluded exclusively with the respective app store (Apple or Google act as the merchant of record here), the right of withdrawal is governed by the terms of Apple or Google.

Please direct any withdrawal or refund request directly to the customer service of the respective app store.

The content of this website and the app may be viewed and used for private, non-commercial purposes. In particular, large-scale automated scraping, circumventing technical protection measures, and actions that impair the availability of the website or the app are not permitted.

Data backup: Since Disha stores all content data (plans, shopping lists) exclusively locally on your device, you are responsible for regularly backing up your device yourself. If the app is uninstalled or the device is lost, locally stored data may be irretrievably lost.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue content and features at any time. There is no entitlement to continuous availability.

All rights to the app, the website, and its content, recipes, texts, graphics, and logos remain with us or the respective rights holders. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use them for your own, non-commercial purposes.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act. We are likewise liable without limitation for injury to life, body, or health.

In the case of simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Further liability is excluded.

In particular, we are not liable for financial losses arising from a price estimate being exceeded.

We may adjust these terms if the offering or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page always applies; the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
